Promotional Merchandise – Client Agreement

This binding agreement includes sharing the rights to any variations of the design(s) created on behalf of the client by GINGALLEY as previously agreed and supplied as part of the initial project. Examples of these variations could include: multiple color versions, size and dimensional variations, special occasion versions, etc..

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, GINGALLEY reserves the right to showcase the finished design and associated designs in any number of online portfolios as well as any printed promotional materials.

Client: By signing this agreement, I am affirming that I accept and agree to allow GINGALLEY to offer promotional materials with my branding identity for sale online. Any and all proceeds of such sales will be used to maintain the program, replenish stock, and the develop new product offerings.

Items may include but not limited to: t-shirts, pet t-shirts, posters, canvas prints, coffee mugs, pillows, totes, leggings, embroidered caps and beanies.
