How much does a website cost?

We get asked this question often, and it cannot be easily answered without asking more questions.

The cost of a website depends upon many factors. A website’s overall size and complexity will help to determine the price. A website can be a simple landing page or a large eCommerce page with hundreds of products.

Professional website design is a service. A website is not a product that can be produced and then left alone – it should be consistently monitored, maintained, and frequently updated for it to be successful.

Other factors such as website hosting, online marketing efforts and interactive features are often billed on a monthly basis.

I need something designed fast! How soon can you have it ready?

We understand when a client has an urgent need for professional design. Often it is because someone else they hired ‘dropped the ball’, or they simply just learned of an upcoming event that they need marketing materials for. In these cases, we do whatever we can to help meet the deadline requested.

A typical turn time on a design project or website ultimately depends on several factors: the complexity of the work, the response time of the client on providing any information we need, and our current capacity at the time of order placement. We can commonly produce a logo within a week depending on how many proofs or revisions are requested. A modern simple website can be completed in less than two weeks, while larger and more complex websites can take a couple of months. All lead-times are affected by the speed in which our clients communicate with us.

For any design project, payment or a deposit is required in order to begin the process. Our standard delivery lead-time is based upon any current backlog and capacity at the time of quotation. Lead-times may be adjusted due to changes in the schedule, supplier material commits, and national holidays.
